Our home in Arizona

Here is our rented house in Arizona. It is working very well for us. It's a huge house on a postage stamp lot. Because the yard is so small (actually it's larger than a most) and because it is so hot for 4 -5 months of the year, it's very nice to have a spacious house. It allows the children to have plenty of space when they can't be outside. (Recently they found themselves in the house other than errand running and church/dr. outings for several weeks.) I am hoping that we can continue renting it for our tenure in AZ. I really don't want to move again next year.

Arizona is a great place to visit, and we have plenty of space, so come see us. We'd be happy to give you a place to stay!

A new thing

Since Jason was born I have thought about the whole blog thing. So much seems to go on with Jason (not to mention all the other kiddos) that I thought it would be a more efficient way to share information for anyone who is following our family's news. Today is a good example of how things change. I had hoped to be very busy today finally unpacking some more boxes and hanging a few pictures. (The only thing hanging on a wall is the calendar which keeps track of our many medical appointments.) BUT, Jason has had a bad day today. He has cried a lot and needed to be held a lot. I fear it is his ears. Cleft babies usually have ear problems because the mechanism that controls the Eustachian tube is either missing or incomplete. The unpacked boxes and the pictures are still untouched. Oh well! I hope to add pictures and other bits of stuff, but just now I'm too busy=)
